As with all online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the refund policy. When you buy a training course make sure you are agree and satisfied with the terms and conditions.

There is no refund for any of the digitally course purchased, once the course is provided to you the money is non-refundable.

For your satisfaction we have samples of recorded videos for every user.

For the language issue we can replace the course only when we are informed as soon as possible or in 1 or 2 hours maximum. Replaced policy is also void if the candidate has accessed course videos for more than 10% content.
